Here it's been lightly snowing, but we're getting good coverage.

Not sure when it started here - Sterling - but we have some pretty deep drifts in some areas and all the horses are wearing snow blankets.
It wouldn't be so bad except for the wind.

Snow fall just started to pick up here in Huntley. It's coming down pretty good .. no wind that I can see.
Last I heard we were only suppose to get an inch, has it changed since?

I am at Theresa's - house and all the various critter sitting - and it's snowed about 1/2 ish so far -

Barn chores done, first round of shoveling done

The killer is the wind.  Even with my gator on, my cheeks are on fire!

They are saying rain, sleet, snow here today.  So I bet some kind of moisture is going to fall from the sky.  The darn wind is killer right now that part they can keep.  Temp is 36 with out the wind chill.

At present we have everything going on. Snow, freezing rain, and sleet. It is going from one to the other.
The wind is still howling; I have some drifts that are past my knees.

It was 78 and sunny today. Tonight it's suppose to get down to 50 and rain. We need the rain.
